My career began in the industrial sector with the Guardian Group, before joining Deloitte, where I spent 14 formative years. There, I developed deep expertise in human resources management within complex, high-performance environments.<\/p>\n

I later joined BDO, where I served as Head of Human Resources for six years. In this role, I led and implemented comprehensive HR strategies and policies\u2014covering executive recruitment, learning & development, performance management, organizational transformation, employer branding, innovative HR projects, senior leadership coaching, and internal communication.<\/p>\n

This journey gave me an in-depth understanding of roles, business challenges, and leadership dynamics that directly impact organizational performance.<\/p>\n

Widely recognized for my ability to identify and attract the right leaders, I have selected, interviewed, and recruited thousands of talents over the years, and have led hundreds of high-impact executive searches.
